what does it mean?
It means that I am involved in all communication and planning with you before the wedding. I assist with the schedule and any planning if needed, and then the talented Cornelia will photograph your wedding day.
Afterwards, I take care of the image processing, editing, and delivery.
So, the photos will reflect my style and look like my work, with the only difference being that Cornelia is the one capturing the wedding.

Eight HOURS
In this package, Cornelia photograph for eight continuous hours.
During this time, we can cover the preparation shots, the ceremony, confetti throwing and congratulations, portrait photography, the wedding toast, cocktail hour and group photos.

In this package, Cornelia photograph three continuous hours the day before the wedding, perfect to capture your rehersal dinner or welcome party.
On the wedding day i photograph twelve continuous hours. During this time, we can cover the preparation shots, the ceremony, confetti throwing and congratulations, portrait photography, the wedding toast, mingling, group photos, the dinner, portraits during the ‘golden hour,’ the first dance, and the party. In other words, everything from your big day!

INQUIRY
Cornelia and I will make sure to schedule a digital meeting where we can get to know each other a little better.
We will probably also ask how you met, who proposed, what you do in your free time, etc.
We want to get to know you!
We'll also talk about your expectations, thoughts, and if you have any questions on your mind. And if you'd like our tips and insights, we’re happy to share them!

BOOKING
If we feel like a match, I will send a contract and a booking invoice,
and then the date is yours!
The contract will be sent digitally, allowing you to sign directly from your mobile.
The booking fee is 30% of the total amount for the package you have chosen.
Then the great anticipation for the wedding day begins!
I am, of course, just an email or phone call away if you need advice or support in your planning. As your day approaches, we will have one or two meetings to go over the schedule for the day.

When your big day arrives, it’s time for you to enjoy! Cornelia captures both the big and small moments and emotions, creating memories you'll cherish with joy. There will be parts of the day where you'll be very aware of her presence, and other moments where you’ll hardly notice her.
All of this to capture your day as naturally as possible!

delivery
Within seven days after the wedding, you’ll receive an online gallery with a sneak peek of your day.
You can use the photos right away and share them with family,
friends, and guests from the wedding if you’d like.
After eight to twelve weeks, you’ll receive the final delivery of all the photos from your big day.

Of course, it’s absolutely fine to modify, customize, and add hours according to your specific needs and wishes.

Yes, any potential travel and accommodation costs are additional.

30% of the fee is invoiced as a booking fee and is paid when you book your date. The remaining amount is invoiced within five days after the wedding.

I dedicate a lot of time to editing the photos. All images go through my editing process, where I adjust things like light, color tones, and contrast. Some photos are done in color and others in black and white, depending on what suits each image. Heavy retouching/manipulation of the photos is not included.

If you’ve booked me or someone from my team for more than 6 hours, we will need a meal to keep going throughout the evening. We eat when you and your guests eat, and 'staff meals' are perfectly fine!

We’ll do the portrait session when it best fits into your day. However, the best photos are usually taken when the sun isn’t at its highest, so it’s best to avoid the hours between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. during the summer months.

About one to two hours before sunset, the light can be magical. Many couples coordinate with their toastmaster to plan a short break of about 15 minutes, where we sneak out to take some photos in the soft, romantic light. These photos often become many couples' absolute favorites!

Of course! If you're planning for more than 120 guests and you're having the ceremony and reception at different locations, I recommend bringing a second shooter. Pricing available upon request.
